qualify for the competition, overseas visitors must present
credentials showing they are a current member in good standing of their IPSC Region
of residence (see Section 6.5 of the IPSC rulebook). Endorsement by your Regional Director is mandatory.

Applications for
Firearms & Ammunition Permits must be received by the
Secretariat no
later than 28 March 2008.
Overseas visitors will be met at their arrival airport by a
representative appointed by the Secretariat, to assist in
dealing with Police and Customs formalities. |

seeking transportation assistance from Ninoy Aquino International
Airport, Manila (NAIA), or
Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, Clark (DMIA),
and/or assistance in respect of hotel bookings, must indicate their
requirements in the Online
Registration Form. |
