Dear Friends, On behalf of the Philippine National Police, it is my profound pleasure to invite you to attend the 2008 Chief PNP Cup, an IPSC Level III sanctioned shooting tournament to be held 15 to 20 April at the Clark Eagle Range, West Airfield, Clark Freeport, Pampanga, Philippines.  Our Organising Committee
is going to great lengths to ensure that
you will encounter Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle Courses of Fire which
will be diverse, challenging and fun to shoot.Your participation in this tournament will help raise funds for the Pulis Gawad Kalinga Special Housing Project, which is now the centerpiece of the PNP Personnel Quartering & Housing Program. It's also a project that is very near and dear to my heart. Through our successful partnership with Gawad Kalinga, the National Government, various local Government agencies, NGOs, and volunteers, we are dramatically improving the quality of life of the dedicated men and women of the Philippine National Police. By providing them with decent housing, we continue restoring their dignity and strengthening family values.
