Dear Colleagues, It is my distinct pleasure to welcome all participants, sponsors and officials to the 2009 Chief PNP Cup National Shooting Championship, an IPSC Level III sanctioned 3-Gun Grand Tournament to be held at Clark Freeport, Pampanga and Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac from 15-18 October, 2009. 
Our Organizing Committee is going through great lengths to ensure that the 32 stages in handgun, shotgun and rifle will both be diverse, challenging and fun to shoot. This marks the first time that a 3-Gun competition will be participated in by PNP Teams and PNP individuals on a national level.Our successful partnership with event partners and continued support from our sponsors ensures not only a successful event but will also benefit the PNP Health Service, who are tasked with the delivery of tertiary level healthcare to the personnel and dependents of the PNP.
